After having trained with renowned chefs such as Jacques Chibois, Michel Guérard, Firmin Arrambide and extended his knowledge in Spain for 10 years, Eric Marsanne is now suggesting to you his traditional refined cuisine. He puts the stress on the abundance of fresh quality products in the Corbières and shops at the covered market in Narbonne and at a few local producers. Restaurant La Table du Château, Bizanet He gives greater importance to the preparation of season products and stresses the rigour and sobriety of his cooking. He essentially engages to bring up to date the country cooking recipes and gives them new freshness and a subtle and fine touch. Thus, he offers you delicately flavoured meals. His wine list gives a very particular place to the Fontfroide terroir to which he dedicates several special evenings each year to accommodate dishes and wines. He suggests a dinner menu between 22 and 44 euros and Wednesday to Friday a lunch menu for 17 and 22 euros.
